There are various types of yoga, but one of the most commonly practiced yoga is "Hatha yoga." Hatha yoga is a combination of mind as well as body exercises.
In Hatha Yoga, there are more than 900 different yoga postures and, by linking these postures together using the mind, body and breath in unison, one can increase body consciousness, have more mobility and stability, boost flexibility and strength and reduce stress. Since last few years, the popularity of Hatha yoga is increasing noticeably and different types of yoga classes are being introduced globally. If one wants to learn Hatha Yoga, all one really needs is just a yoga "sticky" mat. It also helps one to have a yoga block, a tool which helps bringing the floor closer for support.

Anna Hazare's younger brother named Maruti, a farmer in Ralegan Siddhi revealed that "Anna has always been a fitness freak. Even after Anna retired from the army and returned to the village, he always indulged into fitness routines of walking and jogging everyday.
Moreover, after developing a cervical problem five years ago, he has been indulging even more into fitness regimes and yoga. A guy named Raut, who has worked closely with Hazare said that "Anna is a very fit man". Raut was also of the opinion that Hazare's fitness regime and controlled vegetarian diet as well as complete abstinence from tobacco and alcohol play a crucial role in his plentiful energy and strength. Nowadays, Anna's fitness schedules include Pranayama as he is busy with his anti-corruption crusades.

A series of several studies have shown how useful various yoga poses can be. The latest studies show that doing simple neck, shoulder, and back-stretching yoga poses can reduce the number of head-splitting episode and can make them less painful. Not only that but the Journal of Sexual Medicine study has revealed that by perfecting abs and pelvic-focused yoga poses including Triangle and Cobra may lead to more orgasms.
By indulging into relaxing yoga poses like Standing Forward Bend with the combination meditation can help the people suffering from insomnia and sleep disturbances sleep sooner. The journal of Spine study says that if one indulges in yoga sessions twice a week by using several yoga poses, it not only keeps one limber, but can also reduce chronic low-back pain.
